Had to sit and wait. Had to call U-Haul because my reservation was completely wrong they used someone else account instead of mines. Couldn’t receive the truck I wanted because it was booked for me up under someone else account there I had to request a different one which was more room than I needed all I needed was a 15 and had to get the 26 which was 208 dollars due to the mistake of U-Haul. Tried fixing it at location but when I arrived no one was there. Worst experience ever! I will not be a returning customer. Would love a refund of some of my money back.
Bria NIt got the job done but I wasn’t impressed with staff, lack of supplies needed, and the truck smell was awful.
AMANDA BI was overcharged for something that I should've been charged for. No one reach to let me know they just ran my card which cause a issue with me paying another bill . And no one can tell me how to get my money back. Saying it's out of their hands.
