Make sure the tires are not dry rotted, the trailer that I was issued had a bad tire that had my wife and I stranded for almost 2 hrs. On a dark road at night.

This wasnt the location i had requested and wasnt what i wanted. It was terrible to get on to base but the woman who works at this location saved uhaul from its massive mistake. If youre going to switch locations to controlled facility maybe get approval from your customer. Give that woman a raise.
