Deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from the night-shift employee at your U-HAUL location. My experience was not only disappointing, it demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic competence. From the moment I arrived, the night-shift representative showed no willingness to assist or even acknowledge me as a customer. Instead of providing guidance or answering simple questions, the employee acted dismissive and uninterested, creating an environment where customers feel like an inconvenience rather than valued clients. The individual refused to offer clear instructions, displayed an unprofessional attitude, and made no effort to resolve the issue or deliver the service I had already paid for. Overall, my interaction with the night-shift employee reflected extremely poor service, zero professionalism, and a disregard for customer experience. I strongly urge U-HAUL management to address this issue immediately, provide proper training, and ensure no other customers are treated with the same level of disrespect and indifference that I encountered.

ANNA VFix the mirrors on the truck I rented. I could not properly adjust the mirrors. The manager told me that she drove all the trucks and that she could she could see withe mirrors and I showed the young man that checked me in that you couldn't see anything when the mirror were in the position set by the mechanic.
