CHRISTOPHER JSit was parked in a Random grassy spot in the middle of nowhere. No one said to go into the market next door to finish processing. It took a long time to get everything processed and online help did not help at all. There was also a transient living right next to where it was parked
Kevin SEverything was great until after I was completely done with the truck I cleaned up the truck and also over fueled it and was still charged with a cleaning fee I’m very unhappy. $25 for cleaning fee. I couldn’t understand why my refund was low until looked into email processing charges on my receipt
