Missing the 2 dollies that I reserved. No help from multiple phone calls I made to U-Haul. Was forced to drive around town to find dollies. Wasted 2 hours of my time on a tight schedule. Terrible customer service after hours. The 24/7 concept is a complete lie and customers are left to fend for themselves when there is an issue.
