This was not my original location choice . My reservation was moved to this location based on truck availability. It is at a gas station next to a liquor store. I was very nervous leaving my car for the day with the homeless hanging around. The van was disgusting inside I had to do a total wipe down with sani wipes… I should have asked to see another one. The van was acting very weird the whole trip back.. check engine light came on once or twice When I returned the van the attendant said thank you but never enters that I had returned the truck. I get a call the next day asking when the truck would be returned!

The location does not have a U-Hual sign nor it gives instructions on where to go. It literally is a mom/pop gas station that no one would know it is a U-Haul location.
Gregorio MI was charged for miles i didn’t use. I also was charged a fee for gas that i did put in.
Miranda MThe attendant at the location was asleep when we got there. He had not checked in the vehicle and delayed our time by about 30 minutes because he had to complete the check in process. I had to repeat my name multiple times so that he could find our reservation. The location itself was in an unsafe area and we did not feel comfortable leaving our vehicle there. Would recommend U-Haul remove this location as one of its satellites.
