I had to wait for someone to open up in the morning to return the trailer. Then I was charged DOUBLE for the trailer. I had the trailer for 16 hours and was charged for two days. I am still waiting on a $40 credit.

KEISHA JI called ahead to confirm this is a dropoff location and was told it was. When I got there it was closed. I called the nimber agian and got no answer. The person called me right back and I told him I had called earlier. He said to leave it and he would recieve it in when he got back from lunch. I was very happy he called me right back. Very cordial. Overall I had a great experience with U-Haul.
