They took over 30 minutes to attend to me, and the dolly was dirty and the lights weren't working, so I burned out all the trailer fuses. I had to buy new fuses and go to the mechanic to find out what was wrong with the lights... Then I had to buy auxiliary lights, and that took up almost the entire day.

The pickup was smooth and the truck was new and ran well. However, a utility dolly was placed on the reservation, but was not available at the location. I was directed to another location to pick up a dolly, but was then told I couldn't reserve a dolly without renting a truck from this other location. I then had to go purchase a dolly instead. The bed of the truck I received was also recently refinished, however, was not fully cured. Some of my belongings had the finishing material on them after the move because it was not fully hardened.
PHILIP MYou have done everything. There was kind and asked if you wanted anything else. It was excellent no complaints at all.
Debra WThe lock was rusted or old and my husband cut his hand trying to get the key lock open. Another gentleman also hurt his hand trying to open his lock. I paid for blankets and dolly and they were not in the truck.
Jennifer HSignage was not very clear on where to return the truck. Having to back out a 26' truck into two way traffic to drive around the corner to park in the back was not very convenient. The guys were at least friendly about it.
