This location is part of Uhaul's Truck share program which means "Truck Share 24/7 is a U-Haul program that allows you to self-pick up or self-return your truck rental outside of normal business hours using only your phone and the U-Haul App." This is convenient but my cell reception was kind of spotty and I had difficulty uploading the required pictures. I had to call U-Haul.

Rebekah AThe problem was not the area, it was doing the online work to get the keys. We were there for 30 mins filling out the forms waiting for approvals to get the code for the lockbox open to get the keys.
