JOHN NI only answered no because no one was there when I dropped off. They were closed. So I cannot say if I would recommend or not
PAUL PSelf service but a little messy
Shawna mI told person that I only needed the rental for less than a day . He replied that u-haul would only let him rent it for no less than two days. I was informed that that was not true. So I was over charged intentionally. I have filed a complaint. Don’t know what is going to happen but if u-haul doesn’t refund me for one day rental I will not be renting anything else from u-haul.
