The person at may store was not familiar with the process. She took my credit card information and charged my card a price higher than my quote. She told me the charge would be adjusted at the drop off location, it was only a hold on my card for that amount. As it turns out my card was charged and according to the drop off location the full and correct amount should have been charged at pick up.

RUN don't walk away from this location. NO english spoken - they didn't mark my rental as returned (a 4 hour rental) for 2+ days!!!! Area Field manager - Diante Mock -didn't return the requested phone call (by the U haul rep) now I have been charged 4 times the amount of the rental. On the phone AGAIN with U Haul to try and fix their ineptitude.

Isaiah MWhen I went to pick up the unit I had to call and talk to the man , he never came to talk with me or walk around the unit. When I asked about the drop off he said to drop it anywhere and when I asked about if I needed to fill the unit up he said no that U-Haul was responsible for that. Then I was supposed to have the unit for 2 days I had it a day and a half and the people tried to charge me an extra 143.00 dollars more . I personally think that I was over charged and not told the truth about the return and fuel
