Fraserville Mechanical, decent place with helpful staff. My issue was the switch from a Cobourg location, where I needed the trailer, to a location 25 minutes away. Being informed that there wasn't a one-way trailer rental available at the Buchanan St. location on Sunday evening was not helpful. I had a hotel booked in Cobourg 5 minutes away from the original U-Haul spot, the pick-up was 3 minutes down the road. Changing locations meant back-tracking, adding over an hour to the morning drive.

I was welcomed and treated well here.
Raymond UDolly was half buried in ice. Attendee offered help for an additional fee. Didn’t know what to enter as drop off point even though it was on the reservation. Should not be listed as a U-Haul location. Not helpful.
