My experience was the worst. After I rented a ramp trailer, a man named Field called me saying that if I didn't return the trailer in 45 minutes, he would call the police and accuse me of stealing it. I had the rental receipts, and he personally installed the trailer on my truck, To improve this U-Haul rental location, they need to hire people who know how to do the job properly, speak to customers respectfully, and arrive sober. Because when he spoke to me, he smelled of alcohol; maybe that's why he became aggressive with me
