No one was at location, needed to call them, Old building that didn't look like a current business.

JASON KThe truck I rented wasn’t there when I arrived at the location so two hours after my reservation they finally sent me off with a smaller truck than I rented then proceeded to charge me an extra $250 for the smaller truck.
Bill BI was overcharged for an extra day on the truck, and equipment. I returned the truck by 2:15 and called the numbers listed on the door for the key drop. Truck was not due back till 4:00 pm. I will never use again and I will not recommend this location. Terrible customer service.
