Pick up instructions were not provided and we were sent to an alternative location to pick up the truck. I was told that there would be an office to provide ID, pick up furniture pads that were purchased, etc. There was no office and no one to help. Process was not made clear or smooth at all. Five minutes into driving the truck the tire pressure check symbol turns on. Overall, this made our moving experience more stressful and timely and I don’t know that I could recommend Uhaul. I also need to call for a refund of my furniture pads that were never received.
