Well, I had an emergency where my car broke down so I had to rent a U-Haul. All you guys had was a box truck and I only needed it to go back but U-Haul wouldn't let me rent it for just one day and charge me almost $400. I still return it the truck between one day. Wish you guys wouldn't charge an extra day for something that I didn't need

Isaiah DLiving in a tri state, this site was the only one who has a car dolly. Both men that assisted me are very professional, kind, patient, helpful and explained themselves well. I am absolutely positive that I will be back there and I always use U-HAUL for my towing needs.
LISA WThis location was an old dirty gas station. The guy in store would not come out and look at the gas. I filled the gas back up to the amount as when we rented truck.....When I got back, I received a notice, this place charged me $17.00 for gas on my VISA card!!!! I have called them 2 times asking for a refund and the manager, Cory, is supposed to call me back but he still has not. I sent an email to UHaul asking for these 2 credits, we will see if they respond.....
