No U Haul staff on site to assist with check in. This is a 24 hour drop off location. I texted my drop off info to individual named on key drop box. He responded promptly in a courteous and professional manner.
TERRANCE SAllow the customer to return the property to a different location without charging them wrong destination fee.
Shawn KDrop off location was texted to me and was very convenient to my home location. Good job on that detail. Please inform the manager of the pick up location his business and grounds is far below uhauls standards and needs to be fixed.
