There was no one at the location to pick up the keys and it took them over 45 minutes to arrive with the keys once we finally got ahold of someone. We wsited an hour in total. Then the truck was dirty inside the cab and when I started it up the check engine light was on.

Sandra TThe truck was not checked in from the previous renter and was somewhat dirty inside and out with mud. I understand that the vehicle arrived at 10am and I was to pick it up by 11:30am which left little time to get it prep for.
