ROBERT SThere was no dedicated person to uHaul at the store. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes just to find out if they had an appliance dolly, but I had to ask multiple people multiple times. When finished, I did not get a contract to sign not did I get an email. I just had to trust that she did what I had asked for.
