I requested Golden, Mississippi, but was sent 30 minutes out of my way instead. There was also no dolly, forcing me to waste time trying to find one to use. It is not this location's fault, but considering how much I paid to use that truck, I deserved better.

I dropped the trailer off after hours so I can't accurately rate the cleanliness or personnel.
