The reservation and pick up process went great! My only complaint is that the employee present upon me returning the truck did not know how to process my return. He asked me to do it via the app. The app had issues and would stall. I had to ultimately just drop off the keys in the overnight drop box. I did not like this because this left me with no confirmation, evidence or receipt that I had done my part to correctly return the vehicle.
