The truck was dirty inside cab windows hadn’t been washed on inside for long time There was a large dolly in the back I didn’t order Don’t think she even knew Mileage charge was very excessive so no was not happy

AMOR VThe appliance dolly I had reserved was not in the truck. That was the only issue I had. Other than that, pretty straight forward and easy pick-up/drop off. Truck seemed to be in good condition.
Donovan Dunpaved road, poor signage and they do not answer the phone. gps goes to a different location. i got charged extra milage at $1/mile ; I drove directly from uhaul Jax to my house and was REROUTED to this drop off. way to nickel and dime, uhaul.
