The man who worked at the gas station and who was holding the key was horribly rude, made the process very difficult, and acted like I was a MAJOR inconvenience of his time. Was very put off by the initial pickup, because the dolly was also not in the rental and I was charged for it.. so then I had to go through a process of finding a new dolly and driving an extra 10 miles out of the way to pick that up, and they made me pay for it again. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience and will likely not refer any friends to this business

Took 45 minutes to pick up truck. Store rep clearly did not want to help with checkin. More importantly, he did know how to do it. He kept insisting I self checkin but that did not seem to work. I finally called the regional office and she worked it out in about 2 minutes. Terrible customer service at Express Fuels.
Don GIt’s nothing that uhaul the company did but the place I got the truck from the guy was a butthole and very short and there was no communication
