Ran into a little issue was able to call U-Haul and explain what happened and they were amazing they understood what I was going through and they were able to not charge me for my mistake so absolutely great experience and would definitely recommend U-Haul to anyone
Timothy BThe receipt shows a charge for missing furniture pads? I also have an extra $27 charge. The guy said they didn't have furniture pads and I still get charged for them and charged for them missing when they weren't there to begin with?
Kevin BTruck cab and box were dirty upon pickup. Nothing preventing me from getting it though, but some places would have tried to charge me upon return so I took pictures and video at pickup. I only took the uhaul 11 miles round trip, but I did sweep out the box upon return. I did not clean the cab, but they did not say anything about it upon dropoff. Overall no complaints.
