Location was good, just tires on trailer was not kept up with. Had blowout which stranded us on the side of the highway for over two hours.after the tire blew out I did not trust the other three tires so I called a tow truck to take my car that was on the trailer home.

STEPHEN JOnly issue I had was the app didn't work to turn in the truck after hours. I received a call from UHaul, and she spoke with this location and made sure everything was good. For some reason the app didn't do what it was supposed to to allow me to turn in the truck early.
