Have the right product on site make sure the vehicle gets checked in properly by previous guest i was on the phone for 1 hour with uhaul trying to obtain my rental then when I finally got the rental I had to drive to another location to get the dolly I requested and still paid full price for my rental this is very poor customer service by uhaul if I wasn't pressed for time and had other options I would have went else where and yes my vehicle/dolly was reserved a week in advance

everything worked out, I reserved a 26 ft truck, arrived and it wasn't available, had been picked up by someone else earlier, I ended up getting a 15 ft truck

Carlos CLocation didn't know what it was doing. Impossible to get a hold of on the phone..... took them 2 days to check in truck once I returned it.
Edward SThe problem wasn't the location. UHaul changed my drop-off location. Then didn't receive my equipment. I was promised a discount for returning the trailer to a location 20 miles away. Then, didn't get it.
