I didn't like the miscommunication of our rental return time. Also, if you get it for 3 days you should get it for 3 full days not 2 and a half. And if you turn it in with more gas there should be the same refund as if I turned it in with less. The people at the location were nice but the guy I called about giving us more time must have miscommunicated.

Rented a dolly, but did not receive it
Taylor TThis is the best U-Haul center I have ever used! These people were so kind, friendly and so helpful beyond what I thought ANY U-Haul center could ever do! When I got sick they went beyond that and helped even more! I will definitely recommend this location to anybody that I talk to. Bless you and your company!
APRIL MI've dropped here before and they are always great.
EDWARD BI filled the fuel tank across the street from the drop off location. I was to return the truck at half a tank and returned it at nearly 5/8 of a tank. I was then charged for 3 gallons of fuel.
