Location was fine, I did not like that Uhaul split my contract and had my truck in a different state and my tow dolly at this location and did not contact me via email, and instead tried to contact me via text to a number I did not enter into your system for this reservation, so I did not learn of the change till I was at original location of my guaranteed reservation.
LANCE DAgain uhaul had rescheduled my drop off to a location I didn't pick, I was able to change locations and was taken care of quickly.
MACKENZIE VJust unprofessional Will never come here again The white guy at the front desk was very rude and sneaky.. didn’t have any jack or accessories for moving and I couldn’t drop off at a different location. I was overcharged and just over disrespected
