I did the drop off after hours, so I had no experience with anyone. That said another customer was returning a rental truck and she did not know where to put the keys, there was no drop box and when she pulled on the door it opened, so whoever locked up did not lock up the store.
Douglas NI couldn’t take a picture of the Trailer being placed but it was a good experience
Remi AWas wandering why a point of contact was needed for this rental. This was the first time I had this happen.
MICHAEL YLocation was fine, I did not like that Uhaul split my contract and had my truck in a different state and my tow dolly at this location and did not contact me via email, and instead tried to contact me via text to a number I did not enter into your system for this reservation, so I did not learn of the change till I was at original location of my guaranteed reservation.
