They did not have any dolly or furniture pads as requested. Front desk person was not very helpful and just told me to call customer service

They did not have the moving carts that I ordered and an hour after I picked up the truck, they called me to tell me they gave me the wrong truck and that I needed to come back. I obviously said that’s not happening as my truck was already loaded up. I told them they can figure it out once I drop it off at the drop off location.

Osman CI BOOKED THE 15 FEET TRUCK FOR 50$ FOR ONE DAY , I PICKED THE TRUCK UP AT10:35AM ON THURSDAY JULY 31ST AND RETURNED IT AT 5:00PM SAME DAY AND THEY CHARED ME 107$ AND I THOUGHT IT GOOD FOR ONE DAY I 24HOURS BUT NO THE ONLY LET ME USED IF FOR 6 HOURS, IT IS SAD AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.PLEASE
BENNY DThe booking process was infuriating as there’s 6 or 7 attempts at add ons when trying to check out. One is fine, but leave me alone after that. The barriers to check out were so frustrating.
