Everything was shakey . First day I rented I was scheduled for 9am I didn’t leave with the U-Haul until 11ish . Rent the U-Haul every weekly (extended thr contact for 3 weeks. Next issue I have is the manager at the space I rented from said I would have my mileage at $.49 cents a mile not $.99 cents . Then the rep tells me his manager is calling the cops on me because I wanted to extend my usage again which would’ve been a total of a month usage . I don’t get why that was wrong so hopefully someone can fix these issues because this past couple of months I’ve been using U-Haul religiously. And actually needing a U-Haul this weekend

Jessica HI was charged for 67 miles when my own mileage tracking app and the locations I drove it would not be possible to drive that many miles. I called the store and he could not assist me claiming it was you all with the error. He also claimed he would call me back and never did. I drove a total of 33 miles and was charged 67 mi. I filled the gas tank more than what I received it and was charged a $20 gas fee.
CHANIYA HThe whole experience was not great. From changing our location three times with final one 7:30PM the night before pick up. We needed to pick up early at 8AM so chose to do the online pick up. Arrived 8:15 to be greeted with the owner pulling a gun out telling us it's private property. Explained we were there for U-Haul pick up. Asked are names and responded oh yeah I saw your reservation. IF you knew we were coming a gun was definitely not necessary. Oh I forgot to mention our child was in the car with us. Not a great experience.
