I had a fantastic experience with this U-Haul location. After having a trailer reservation with another company canceled the very morning I was supposed to pick it up because they didn't have the equipment available, I was left scrambling at the last minute. Thankfully, I was able to go online and reserve a trailer through U-Haul, and within about 45 minutes, everything was ready for pickup. The process was incredibly easy, and the staff made what could have been a very stressful situation completely painless. The trailer was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient, getting me on the road quickly. I was impressed by how smoothly everything was handled, especially given the short notice. This location truly came through when I needed it most. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable equipment and outstanding customer service.
