I had to go to three different locations to secure the rental that I reserved. I was not notified of the lack of inventory until I arrived at the second location which cost me in transportation fees and overall time. The location that had the truck was way father than I anticipated which cost me additional in terms of mileage. I am very disappointed and displeased at the lack of professionalism and care

John PThe employee was very incompetent. I was waiting for a while for him to figure out how to rent the truck out to me. Didn't ask me if I wanted insurance on the truck or roadside coverage. Good think I knew the process. I made a reservation online and he had all my personal information wrong. He apparently was in another customer's profile.The truck was newer.
