Parking lot was a skating rink that was unsanded or salted, I fell and smashed the left side of my body aproximatley 10 seconds out of the car while trying to walk cautiously. The lock for the box was malfunctioning and had to be played with for several minutes to get the box open, a known issue at this location according to the customer service rep we were trouble shooting with on the phone. The owner of this location was not present to assist despite the location being "open". We were told our only option was to continue fiddling with the lock untill it opened or we would need to go to another location and pay for another truck while waiting 3-5 buiness days for the refund on the first truck. In addition there was trash and dog feces around the rental trucks. When we finally got into the truck the equipment from the previous rental had not been removed and there was 1/16th of gas. The lot still had not been sanded or salted when we retunred the truck

Tolidji AI waited an hour in the freezing cold because nobody was there when my pick up was scheduled. Then I was promised a discount for the inconvenience and ended up getting charged even more than expected with all these unknown extra fees. I tried calling and leaving messages and was ignored.
Jacqueline F- Truck dash was dirty and did not seem to be clean and ready for pick up - I was having trouble with adding pictures (inspection prior to leaving that location), I had to call. - Truck had trouble starting but figured it out. Otherwise, everything was ok Thanks Fred
Frederick JFront entrance to office is snowed-in Side road access; back door bell does not work and there is no sign indicating how to get to the office. Employee prepares truck after you arrive so you have to wait. Back door of truck was stuck in ice and employee did not check that. When you call their phone, you hit a voice mail and messages are not returned. You have to park your car further down the road and walk back on a road with no side walk.
