The equipment was clean at the pick up location but smelled like garbage or manure had been hauled in it all my stuff smells awful.

Vera HGo over the vehicle with the customer especially if they are new to renting go ver each contract and make sure they understand what to do such as inspecting the vehicle I took pictures of the vehicle around, but didn’t see the email till later to where I was supposed to have put it in and put the pictures in so I had no idea that I was supposed to do that and then when I went to go back, I couldn’t get back to it. I don’t know why.
