Checking in took a longtime, we tried 5--6 times to upload my drive's license. Finally the U-haul-person uploaded it manually. That wasted a lot of my time. The vehicle had garbage from the previous renter in the back.- cardboard and wood scraps, there was even a loose flare lying on the floor. It was obviously not swept. either. There were empty water bottles and trash in the cab including a roll of wrapping paper at the bottom of the windshield. It was dirty including the windshield . It likely had not been cleaned in ages and certainly not sanitized. At least it made the round trip without incident and the staff were friendly.

Pawel PStaff at location very nice and helpful. Parking is somewhat limited at this location and returning required waiting for a spot to leave truck (should improve as piles of snow melt). Truck had been dropped off night before, apparently coming from routine maintenance. Truck had significant shimmy around 50 mph - above and below was ok. Truck cargo deck had been freshly painted and had not fully cured, there were a few tacky spots...
