They were very accommodating and returned my phone message to them for changing my drop off to them. They were excellent with taking care of taking the trailer to drop at their location.

After hours drop off

DWAYNE SPick up location was helpful and friendly. The trailer seemed ok at pick-up but it turns out it had a leak and had an oily substance that ended up getting on our furniture as well as the rain that leaked in. We hope U-haul will make things right for us.
