Pick up location was helpful and friendly. The trailer seemed ok at pick-up but it turns out it had a leak and had an oily substance that ended up getting on our furniture as well as the rain that leaked in. We hope U-haul will make things right for us.
Leah GThe location is confusing as there are other businesses located on the same property and there is no sign directing you to the back of the property where the office is located. The lady in the office was friendly and helpful but could not check in my equipment because her son had the computer with him and was out of town. She was not able to unhook the heavy trailer. She had to ask a nice fellow who owned a different business to unhook it for me, but I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for him to come unhook the trailer. Very nice people but not efficiently run.
