No dolly provided, stated there was no equipment available at location. Would have been very helpful to know prior to completing reservation. Individual responsible for checking out uhauls was less than helpful when we experienced issues with turning on the uhaul as the key was not going in.

Truck cab was gross, had garbage in it and stunk. The representative was unprofessional and didn’t know what she was doing.
Michelle JIt’s a weed shop that sells fetish supplies at the front counter. It smelled, the representative looked like she was wearing off last nights events and she was not confident with what she was doing. I will be more selective in the future, and damn sure won’t recommend to my friends or neighbors.
