The truck was missing a taillight and should never have been on the road. It took hours to receive roadside assistance, and then the assistance did not resolve the issue - a taillight was installed, but remained on the whole time, even when the truck was off. In order to maintain our schedule, and guarantee we wouldn't be without battery, we had to purchase a roadside jump kit. To top it off, I was instructed uhaul would call me back to provide support but never received a call. All correspondence came from me reaching out. The individuals at this pick up location were frustrated that they had to handle a uhaul interaction in the first place. Overall an incredibly disappointing experience, but I blame uhaul, not the third party service.
