Manager at Extra Mile was very helpful. My issue revolves around the technology and systems. The return portion was not clearly stated, I was instructed to go under the hood and check fluid levels, top-off the windshield wipers fluid (?), and then affix a sticker (?). The manager was able to get me cleared and finalize the process - but to rely on the customer to follow a tough on-line check-in and check-out process is cumbersome and not friendly.

1st this is at a gas station where it was horrific renting from because only option is mobile pick up and that in itself was a hassle. Not because I didn't understand the mobile process but because Uhaul make it impossible to complete mobile process. In my case, I gave a phone number to verify who I was, Uhaul couldn't reach my brother. Not my fault. Then expect me to carry my passport or lease agreement on me ---> NO!!!!! Who carries that information to begin with. I uploaded DL and a selfie and that wasn't enough. DO BETTER UHAUL!!! This wouldn't have been an issue if UHAUL wouldn't have changed my reservation to this location to begin with you. I have never been so disappointed and embarrassed of such process. Gas station representative had to even call UHAUL because of how difficult you made this process to be

Joy DI am not happy with Uhaul ever all this time and the reason is that I made my reservation one day before in person in Uhaul location on Arizona and Knox the day of my reservation in the morning I got a call from Uhaul asking me if I needed my reservation I replied yes then the person on the other side told me that they don’t have a 10 feet truck and she has to send me to another location to pick up the truck , I asked there are like 7 trucks that size are parked in your lot she replied those are for one way rental and she said I have to pick up my truck from the other location and she said she already called them in advance, I went to the location to pick up the truck people in the location did not know anything about my reservation I showed them my reservation number and then she started asking and got someone on the line finally after like 20 minutes I got the truck.
MOHAMMAD SThe location was simply a gas station, which is fine, but there’s no U-haul signs anywhere. I had issues with my rental so I needed to call in and get that sorted out. Otherwise the lady working the counter was friendly and helpful.
