Nothing it was a trouble free experience
BOBBY LTy was an absolute legend and a blessing. Our truck broke down about 2.5 hours from home. Ty stayed after hours to show us truck options and helped devise a plan to get home. We needed to be able to unload our side by side off our trailer, into the box truck, and then tow the broken truck on the trailer. We looked at options and Ty gave us our best option. He even let us keep our broken truck at the location while we drove the side by side for a couple hours. So not only were we able to bring all our broken stuff home in one trip, we also got to enjoy our day off at the trails. I haven't had this level of exceptional customer service, possibly ever. Thank you Ty and thank you Gilmer Uhaul!
