They did not check in my trailer rental for almost a week after drop off and when they did, they, they added an extra day on the rental. I reserved it for 3 days but, dropped off the very next day. Employee said I would only be charged for the time I had it. If they checked it in when they were supposed to this mistake probably would not have happened.

Paul BHave someone on-site to actually check people in. The man who rented the truck to me told me that I could drop it off at any location. Apparently, that was a lie, and cost me more money is mile overage. Y’all are some crooks!
