The guy was nice. I had to unhook the trailer myself which I don’t mind and he told me that it wasn’t him. It was U-Haul charging the fees and how much truth there is that I don’t know cause I told him I was not made aware of these added fees and he told me “it’s not me charging you. It’s U-Haul charging you so if that’s the case And so be it he told me we’re in a park and I went and unhooked it myself.

KYLE BI rented a 10 foot U-Haul to move my belongings to my house and to pick up a couch I was charged $235 for the mileage and everything else which I understand that is completely hundred percent agreeable but what I don’t appreciate is the fact you are charging me $109 for absolutely nothing and that is beyond absurd the location I went to was very Disrespectful with my wife when she went to ask about the $109 extra which was taken out this morning from my account. I’m not happy about this experience and I do not appreciate being scammed. It’s something you guys definitely need to look into. And I would appreciate my $109 being returned because the gas was at satisfactory level. Everything was clean. This is a very suspicious and weird interaction and rental.
