One headlight wasn’t working and both turn signals weren’t working. Had to drive the truck to another U-Haul location to replace a fuse under the hood.

COLLETTE FThe guy was nice. I had to unhook the trailer myself which I don’t mind and he told me that it wasn’t him. It was U-Haul charging the fees and how much truth there is that I don’t know cause I told him I was not made aware of these added fees and he told me “it’s not me charging you. It’s U-Haul charging you so if that’s the case And so be it he told me we’re in a park and I went and unhooked it myself.
