David HThe staff /security had only basic knowledge, and was so rude , unprofessional, I felt disrespected.
Juanita GLocation was great. Nothing more to do improvment wise from the location. Staff was friendly and they even took the time to show me how to unhook on the way back. The only complaint I have is U-Haul does NOT offer straps for the toy hauler. You either have your own, or you have to buy 4 straps which cost as much as the rental.
