I would have liked instructions on the process to help be less anxious. Also before calling to say equipment wasn't returned please verify paperwork. I was caused undo stress while on vacation.

Cab was a little dirty and stinky
Tylor ADrop off location. Called the number listed, but it went straight to voicemail. Unclear how to proceed. Instructions weren't given for this location either at the trailer pick up.
