Daniel SPick up location was un prepared for my arrival. Slowed the time expected to check out. Deb, the person at the store counter was very helpful even with no response to her telephone calls for help and allowed me access to the truck enableing me to make my destination on time. Also had a problem with the charges being incorrect on my invoice not showing the $50.00 off for having to pick the truck up 100 miles from my load destination. Had to contact the Casper store to have them straighten out. Emmalee Keele, Traffic Control Manager was very helpful and took care of the over charge immediately.
