It had been raining so the yard/driveway was very muddy, with bumps and pot holes. Driveway needs to be fixed so customers wouldn't damage their vehicles and could step out of their vehicles without stepping in mud.

RICHARD DLocation was fine. Please make changes to your app. The ability to request an extension to your time would be nice. Some drop off locations are in areas with no service. Customers need a better way to confirm the vehicle is dropped off that isn’t relying on my phones location and the ability to upload a picture. Outside of those two things there is nothing I can do in the app to confirm I have dropped off the vehicle.
