Location was fine. Please make changes to your app. The ability to request an extension to your time would be nice. Some drop off locations are in areas with no service. Customers need a better way to confirm the vehicle is dropped off that isn’t relying on my phones location and the ability to upload a picture. Outside of those two things there is nothing I can do in the app to confirm I have dropped off the vehicle.
