The only issue I had was that the key was not in the key box. I was given a combo over my phone and a picture of the location of the key box, but the combo didn't work; I even watched the YouTube video. I called U-Haul and they asked if there was a lock on the truck. I told her no but that I would just take another look and there was not lock on the truck. I just happened to open the back of the truck and the key was just laying there. It set me back about 30 minutes. Other than that, everything else was great.
