When I drop the U-Haul off, the associate had no idea what to do with the U-Haul so we parked it beside the others. She didn’t know anything about filling it up with gas or anything else. So when I picked the U-Haul up it had 90 miles till empty. However, I was charged to fill it completely up the next day after drop off and I was not notified.
