They never came out to inspect the equipment when I received it or when I dropped it off I rented from this location several times and it’s always the same I told them that the ac keeps coming on and off while driving so made for a very uncomfortable ride in the future I will not rent from this location

No one was present at drop off…sign in door stating they were gone and to call them if you needed anything..
SCOTT SPicked up on time and the truck literally had one mile left before running out of gas. I had to go buy a gas can and put gas int before I could even drive it away. The location could not help me nor seemed concerned about my inconvenience. Horrible pickup experience.
Annie GBe more attentive, treat them like a customer. The agent never came outside to check in the equipment, not friendly at all. I will never go to that location again nor will I ever send anybody there.
