No help from staff. No physical copy of rental agreement. Equipment was damaged and shoddy repair attempted.

Have the equipment where it should have been when reserved and not have me drive over 100 miles round trip to pick up the rented equipment. I of course am not blaming this location for U-Hauls failings. I had been a dealer twice in the past and as a dealer I was sometimes required to go and pick up equipment for reservations. It seems that U-Haul just does not put the extra effort in for their customers. I will have to consider Budget and Penske next time.
Bruce ATrailer was filthy on the outside, particularly the rear doors. The trailer did not have a jack or anyway to take it off our truck.
TAMMI MI used the app to drop off. So I did not interact with the people at the drop off site
ROBERT KThe check engine light was on in the truck, and there was terrible wind noise once you reached a traveling speed.
