My first pickup location was not good. I was able to set a time for pickup at a non 24/7 destination when I reserved. So I was not able to get my truck there and had to drive further to get. The place in Goodletsville was great.

Owner verbally accosted me as i was loading up the truck and trailer He said I was taking too long and threatened to call the cops. I definitely felt unsafe and feared for my well being. Thankfully I am trained to defend myself from all enemies foreign and domestic. This makes no sense since he allows for 24/7 drop off and pickup.

Robert PI arrived at 4:00 PM, 30 minutes early. The gas tank had 66 miles until empty. I requested a dolly, and it was not on the truck. I call the location, which was closed. They said they did not read the contract and I could just call U-haul and get my money back. I had to move a 250 lbs box with a bad back. I am not a happy customer.
